Jacqueline H. Brangard is an Associate at Scolieri Law Group, P.C. She has experience with a broad range of real estate transactional matters, including commercial and residential sales, acquisitions, and commercial leases. She has experience drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documents such as amendments, assignments, estoppel certificates and subordination agreements. Jacqueline also has experience advising private lenders on financing investment portfolios. Jacqueline’s real estate experience also includes coordination of real estate closings, negotiating title insurance policy coverage, and reviewing settlement statements. Jacqueline also assists with a variety of estate planning and estate administration matters, as well as entity formation and selection.

Jacqueline grew up in Acme, PA. She graduated from Champion Christian High School in 2010 where she was named valedictorian and received her Bachelor’s from The University of Findlay in 2013, magna cum laude. Jacqueline received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. While Jacqueline was a student at Duquesne she participated in the Civil Rights Clinic where she represented clients in front of the EEOC and the PHRC, cleared clients’ criminal records by obtaining expungements and pardons on their behalf, and assisted with preparing clients for mediation and pardon hearings. Jacqueline was awarded the title of having the best oral argument at the end of her first year and was the recipient of a Law Academic Scholarship.
